La ferme du Lignon produit des œufs depuis de nombreuses années. Nous avons aujourd’hui 900 poules de race Lohman élevées dans les meilleures conditions possibles en plein air et peuvent sortir à leur guise, même par mauvais temps dans le jardin d’hiver. Les poules sont nourries principalement au grain (mélange de céréales) sans aucun stimulant ni farines animales et sommes labélisés GRTA « Genève Région Terre Avenir ».
