Fresh gnocchi covered in home made Neapolitan tomato sauce, juste like Nonna's !

  1. Cook the gnocchi for 3 minutes in boiling salted water. Cooking tip from La Casa della Pasta: gnocchi are cooked when they float to the top.
  2. In the meantime, heat up the Neapolitan sauce in a small saucepan.
  3. Drain the gnocchi and add the sauce to the dumplings.
  4. Add a few leaves of fresh basilico for some added freshness.
